Merge branch '1.0'
(Most changes already cherry-picked) * 1.0: Adding initial
documentation structure. Attempt at making jQuery-stuff
conflict-avoiding. Add date- and time-format support to lang-files.
Add range-limits in form. Bug [#30] fixed. Validation of
startdate>enddate didn't work.
