Make better pagination

Modify pagination to always show a predefined number of lines
regardless of number of events/dates
- Should always show all the events if a day is shown, which means
the number of days best matching the number of lines should be
selected. - Never show zero lines, even if active day has more than
double the events of what is requested.
Would require parsing all events up to current and selecting the pages. Enables the $offset to be replaced with a simple $page.

Missing parts are:
- _REQUEST-parameter page should be used - Navigation update to use the new $pageStart-array. -
